Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster dimensions should be 1100mm wide x 900mm high to fit within the poster board space using the landscape layout. Please refer to the image below.

Each poster abstract will be assigned a presentation number organized by the abstract categories and all presentation numbers will be posted on this page approximately 1 week after the abstract submission deadline. The information will also be announced to corresponding authors and presenting authors using the email addresses entered during submission.

Make sure your poster presentation number matches the number printed on the upper left or right corner of the poster board when you mount your poster. Pushpins will be provided in that area.

All presenters must mount their posters on their assigned poster board by the designated time and the time will be soon announced. Posters must remain on display until the end of Day 2 and can be removed any time after that. Any materials left on the poster board at the end of the session will be removed and discarded. The secretariat will not be responsible for anything left at the end of the conference.

All posters will be assessed by judges, who will ask questions at the allotted time to the presenter (as indicated in the abstract) during the poster presentation session. The presenters must be in attendance for the session.

The selected list will be posted on the notice board during the beginning of Day 3. The winners will be presented their awards during the General Assembly. They must be present to receive the award. The number of selected awardees may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of the program committee.
