All presenters must mount their posters on their assigned poster board by the designated time and the time will be soon announced. Posters must remain on display until the end of Day 2 and can be removed any time after that. Any materials left on the poster board at the end of the session will be removed and discarded. The secretariat will not be responsible for anything left at the end of the conference.

All posters will be assessed by judges, who will ask questions at the allotted time to the presenter (as indicated in the abstract) during the poster presentation session. The presenters must be in attendance for the session.
